Dear Gundi:

Skip and I have had the pleasure of thanking you personally for all your assistance “above and beyond the call of duty” in helping us locate and close our condominium. But as thanksgiving draws near, we wanted to thank you a little more formally, by sending this letter.
As I’m sure you remember, you very graciously gave up your entire Sunday one nice Spring weekend because it was the only day I could fly in to look at units on the market at the time. Not only did you take me to units where you already had appointments lined up, but you also called colleagues during our day-long “field trip” and got me into other units for comparison sake.
